Renew & Rise is an intensive, trauma-informed advising and coaching experience designed for individuals determined to break free from manipulative, narcissistic, and emotionally abusive patterns. This service delivers clear insight, strategic guidance, and a grounded understanding of the psychological dynamics that keep people trapped in cycles of toxic attachment and self-betrayal. In each session, we take a focused and analytical look at your current situation. Together, we identify the underlying patterns driving your experiences - recurring toxic cycles, subtle manipulation tactics, covert power plays, and entrenched beliefs that compromise your boundaries, confidence, and clarity. This process allows us to map out exactly how these dynamics operate, why they persist, and what must shift to dismantle them. The purpose of Renew & Rise is not to dwell on the past, but to equip you with the awareness and tools necessary to disrupt trauma-based responses, recognize emotional exploitation in real time, and break the psychological hold of narcissistic attachment. You will learn to decode behavioral cues, identify red-flag patterns, and reinforce the internal structures that protect your peace, identity, and decision-making. Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth and supportive experience, please review the following policies before your session: Session Environment & Recording All advising conversations are securely monitored and/or recorded for internal note-taking purposes. This allows us to provide you with a detailed follow-up email summarizing the strategies, goals, and methods discussed during your session. For the best experience, please join your call from a quiet and comfortable location where you can focus without interruptions. Cancellations & Refunds We understand that unexpected changes can happen. However, late cancellations made within one hour of the scheduled appointment time or after a session has been connected are non-refundable. This includes situations involving hang-ups, call disconnects, or service disruptions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we maintain fairness for both clients and advisors.
