To ensure a smooth and supportive experience, please review the following policies before your session: Session Environment & Recording All advising conversations are securely monitored and/or recorded for internal note-taking purposes. This allows us to provide you with a detailed follow-up email summarizing the strategies, goals, and methods discussed during your session. For the best experience, please join your call from a quiet and comfortable location where you can focus without interruptions. Cancellations & Refunds We understand that unexpected changes can happen. However, late cancellations made within one hour of the scheduled appointment time or after a session has been connected are non-refundable. This includes situations involving hang-ups, call disconnects, or service disruptions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we maintain fairness for both clients and advisors. While we do not offer refunds after services have begun, we stand behind the quality of our work and are confident you’ll find your session both valuable and empowering.
